The tariff at Waverley House Cottages includes a continental breakfast hamper for the first morning, as well as a welcome pack of wine, locally roasted coffee and chocolates for extended stays. A full breakfast hamper for two is available on request at a charge of $28. Each cottage has its own ensuite spa for your own indulgence.

Cancellation/Booking Policy
Deposit of first night's stay (or 50% if single night) non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to arrival (or on arrival by arrangement with owners). If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable at peak times (Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends) unless the cottage is re-let for the entire period. At off peak times a refund will be made if owners are notified 7 days prior to booking commencement. If a refund is made then a $25 cancellation fee will apply to cover administration costs.
